With her deep empathy and understanding of the importance of feeding, she leads this company striving to help her clients feel safe, secure, and comfortable to be able to function at its best. About Me
Lauren Passman MA CCC-SLP, CBS (Certified Breastfeeding Specialist) is the founder and owner of Eat Love Thrive. She holds an MA from Temple University, is licensed by the State of Arizona, and is certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the American Speech-Hearing and Language Association (ASHA). Lauren’s passion is feeding and nutrition. She has worked in various inpatient acute care hospitals and rehab centers as a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in infant, pediatric and adult feeding/swallowing. In practice for over 18 years, Lauren takes a whole body individual holistic approach to every single client. Whether it’s a mother struggling with breastfeeding, a child who has nutrition deficits, or an adult recovering from an accident or stroke, feeding is her passion.
A mother of three, Lauren nursed all of her children and has a full understanding of what it takes to not only feed your child but how hard it is mentally and physically to take care of yourself so you can properly nourish your newborn. Lauren’s core belief is that every human being, in any phase of life, needs proper nutrition to be their best selves, and is determined to make sure we all have the knowledge and the tools do so.
Evaluations
Each evaluation will be comprehensive and we will develop an individualized treatment plan. We will take a holistic approach and look at all aspects of development and determine the best treatment plan for you/your child. We work in harmony with any other professionals and are always happy to collaborate with (e.g., school, doctors, other therapists, etc.) that play an important role in your child’s life.
Insurance
Eat Love Thrive is an out-of-network provider. Our services are often covered by out-of-network benefits. You will be provided with an itemized superbill that includes all necessary information, including diagnostic and treatment codes that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
